PACKAGING

Liveauskorea always strives to pack ttransport-sensitive goods (e.g. liquids and fragile goods) and international shipments with special care. Therefore, all our items are shipped in sturdy, thick EMS boxes (standard size: 34cm x 25cm x 21cm, large size: 41cm x 31cm x 28cm).

SHIPPING METHOD

Shipping to Germany, Austria and Switzerland is carried out with our Korean logistics partner EMS. EMS is known for its superior package handling and is currently the best way to send packages from Korea to Europe.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

We process and ship orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm KST (excluding public holidays). Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours.

DELIVERY COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping to Europe may incur additional duties and fees that you are responsible for.

The shipping method available for the delivery country you have selected, as well as the delivery costs and delivery times, can be found in the table below:

*Express (UPS)

Deliveries with the express are quite possible, the shipment is made by UPS. Shipments with products containing lithium batteries or electronics can only be delivered via UPS. If you would like delivery by express (UPS), please send us your request by email.

From 6kg there are currently no price differences between EMS and UPS due to COVID 19 requirements at the Korean post office, so our packages are sent by UPS from 6kg weight!
